those pics dont do the place justice dude, wait till everything is in place its gonna be awesome, plus thats only one room (the thai boxing room) next door will be the place for mcveighs man huggers, sorry grapplers

Yea thats the grip when everything had just been moved in. The place will be really awesome when everything is organised fully. The place is HUUUUUGE and that's just the one room. Full congrats to guy for getting the place.

best thing about it is if you stand on the radiator in the guys changing room you can se across the road into the high rise flats where this hot chinese girl walks about in her panties pretty much all the time. its a wonder i get any training done.
