Ok I'm beginning to get worried because On tuesday I did a bench session. three sets, 15reps, 10 and 6. on wednesday I was fine, thursday I was in agony not like the usual pain from weights but like my chest had been ripped. just the upper portion of my chest. Its late on in sunday now and its still literally painfull and feels like my chest is in cramp even when its relaxed.
I never benched for a rather long time before the session. Has this happend to anyone else where they took a lot of time off and the muscle got really nackered when they trained it again?
I'm beginning to wonder if I've maybe torn my upper pecs because faint bruising came through across the sore area.
