Which earphones?

Hey folks. I used to use inner ear earphones when I had a personal stereo but I stopped using it when I was about 17.
I recently decided to use it but I cant fit the earphones in my ears anymore because of the old cauli in the inner ear from training. Anyone got any earphones that they would particularly reccommend that wont break the bank?

Are they like the disc ones? Was thinking about maybe cans but they're so big!
