Str8 away use R.I.C.E. Rest Ice Compression Elevation to minimise swelling. I'd advise Ibuprofen whilst still swollen.
You have to keep off the injury for a while and rehabilitate it slowly after you think the tear is mended. You might have to wear ankle support for a while. Dont boot things or put the ankle under too much strain for around 6 to 8 weeks. If you exercise make sure it's gentle and non impact.
Obviously I've not seen the injury but it would probably be worth your while to see a sports physio.
Go by feel dude. some gentle movement can help heal, ........Heelhook training is not gentle movement lol.
