Its very typical of our government to come up with these quick fix reforms that dont make any difference to the actual problem.

Get some support staff for police who can deal with their paperwork.

Stop police having to worry about arresting some ned without the ned taking him to court for assaulting him (im talking clear guidlines of use of force, not letting them kick the crap out of people. Im no fan of the police either.).

Make going to young offenders/ jail a very serious and stomach churning threat for the little gits instead of the under 16s go free system.
