TBH most I've read shows no support for oral supplementation of carnatine as an aid to fat loss.
https://www.mja.com.au/public/issues/171_11_061299/egger/egger.html
scroll down to Carnatine, but read the others too.

So, what would you suggest as a good weight / fat loss supplement. I've used Thermobol before it was OK but got cramps.
Tomatohead suggested Liquid Carnitine Serum and water balance. I'm pretty intolerant to Ephradrine like products (I spew pink froth!)

I have seen no studies either but i have seen results and have over 40 customers using this product at the minute, its deffinately my best selling fat burning product. tbh sales cannot be wrong. you can make test results say whatever you want with them

thats a really good way of cutting pre fight but with alot of your weight lost obviously being water (as you have sweated most of it out). you do still have to look at a good diet and burning more fat aswell, I agree Hydroxy-cut is a good supplement personally i cannot cope with thermogenics(they turn me into a loonatic, and im bad enough already) i stick with CLA and carnitine to burn fats i dont get the bouncing of the wall effect then.
*sits and waits for supp select to tell me carnitine doesnt work and neither does CLA*
then again opinions are like arseholes every1's got 1

Thats fair enough i do that with prescription meds, but i have seen more than one trial on CLA showing it works, alot of the time you need to look who is doing the trial and what amount of the supp is being used i remeber a report that vitamin A will kill you looking at the report the amount used on the rats would kills you as A is fat soluble and becomes toxic in high doses. and that is the 1st damming trial i have seen on CLA.

I used the Reflex L-Carnitine supplement once, and I thought it was awesome.
I was told it was great for energy before training, and I had far better results using that then when I dabbled with ECA.
That's a really good price too, I'll pick up a bottle to trial I expect.

tomatohead you got a link to your site?
any more info on this L-carnitine, most sites are blocking me at work, is it a similar sort of supplement to an ECA stack??
Cheers
Tomatohead
03-05-2007, 02:28 PM
no mate its very different an ECA stack is a thermogenic, this is a much safer way imo carnitine help your body burn fat much more efficiantly.
