Every time I down a shake, I feel sick as fuck for ages. Any way I can remedy this, and still have the shake?.

Use a protein powder with probiotics possibly?

Ah, now I know precisely balls-all about supplements, I'm new to the whole supplementation thing. But pro-biotics will stop me wanting to hurl?
Any good suggestions?

It might possibly help in stopping feeling sick, as the probiotics help with the digestion of protein.
I have now gone back to Reflex Instant Whey. That has a good serving of probiotics with it, but there are others on the market now.
Also, do you know if you are lactose intolerant? That could be another possibility in the problems your experiencing.

I'm not lactose intolerant, thankfully. I'll look out for one with probiotics. Bet they still taste like shit though?

No way, Reflex Instant Whey tastes fantastic in my opinion. It's not sickly sweet, but has a nice smooth flavour. I think you will be impressed. Good deals at www.sports-select.co.uk and www.global-fitness.co.uk

Awesome, global fitness have it for $30.99 (pounds, not dollars, my keyboards shagged) with free next day delivery and it's banana flavour. That's worth a shot right there. Thanks dude.

Take a good digestive enzyme and probiotic, i used 2 spew everytime i have a shake but could eat and drink dairy with whey concentrate there is an exceptionally high amount of lactose so even if your not intollerant you could still get probs if you dont have enough enzymes.
