Where can i edit music on line?

I've got an MP3 file that i want to add a count of four at the begining, like tapping drums sticks together four times to put on the begining of a tune for my first dance on my wedding day.

Anyone help out with this please???

Google 'MP3 Butcher'. Its a programme that allows you to chop up MP3's and stick bits on and stuff.
