andy broke 2 little bones in his hand durignt he fight with Marc H at maryhill, he enjoyed the fight and is keen to compete again which is good news for us as our stable of fighters is growing by the month.

Whats the deal with taping up your hands for mma fights some shows allow it hwere as others do not (duncans last show) surely not being able to wrap your hands leaves strikers at a disadvantage.

if they had been taped then they wouldnt be broken. He put one strip of tape over his knuckles, to stop them rubbing against the inside of the glove, the tape and gloves where checked by Duncans runner and giving the ok. The same guy told Paul Deas to take off his hand wraps.

ivealso heard (from daryl) that andy has a tatooof a scorpion on his face, so he wont be getting punched there for a week or two.

full sparring, some plyometrics and then some conditioned sparring or pads.

Looks like he wasnt joking.

In regards to the tape wraps debate, i think some tape around the knuckles and wrist is fine wrapping hands messes with my grip.
