I have a couple of times, it cleanses your system, then once you have had it done, you should have a better digestive system as it is not clogged up with crap (no pun intended) I have done it before two fights to help with weight, the first time I lost over 2 1/2 kilos, but yes I felt better and it should help your skin and many other body functions, give it a try

Maybe I'll stick with a big bowl of allbran lol

what sort of costs are there and does it actually make your digestion more comfortable?.. and how long does it take?
they won't scrape my Haemorrhoids with the tube will they?

Having done these things on people to prepare them for bowel surgery 25 years ago when I was working as a nurse, I cannot understand why anyone would voluntarily subject themselves to such a horrible process..
If nature had intended such things humans would have trunks (like elephants) so that they could self administer the procedure whenever water was available
I believe there are yoga breathing techniques enabling you to suck the water up into your bowels from a bowl of liquid and spew it forth, enabling your insides to be shiny and clean... who needs a trunk?

Well at least it would remove the social embarassment from the situation
Not if you do it as a public demonstration eh?

Another option is a detox programme. You can get some colonic detox drings (even sell one in tescos!) that you drink for about a week along with a diet and it basicaly loosens everything that gets stuck inside. It was on some detox programme and showed the results, some people had loads of stuff called collonic plaque come out, basicaly, turd that had left its residue in the walls of the colon and other tubes since childhood. One guy had even swollowed a marble as a kid and that came out stuck in the plaque! All the people in the detox prog had health benefits afterwards and probably lost a bit of weight!
How much is colonic irrigation then?
