just to let any of you know who dont allready.
If you live in and around lancashire there is a new mma shop opened in blackburn near e-wood park called contrlled aggression, went there the other day, spent a shit load but he's got some great gear in there, everything from tap out, twins, throwdown, got all gloves and grappling stuff, bought some nice stuff from there, if your payin cash he'll give you a bit of discount to, think his web page is controlled agression .co.uk, his names craig, I phoned him bnk holiday mon and he came down and opened up for me so top man..

I would like to add to this that Craig at Controlled Aggression in Blackburn is a top bloke, haven't yet been over to the shop but it looks spot on from the pictures I have seen. If you are from the North West area it will be worth calling in as they have Throwdown, Warrior Wear, Fairtex, Twins, Tapout etc
This just shows you how MMA is going mainstream. Starting any business is a risk and Craig has gone for it by having one of the first MMA stores (Bricks and Mortar) in the country, TAFG would like to wish Controlled Aggression all the best.
I personally think Craig has started something here and I'm sure we'll see some more popping up soon.

No its just me that does that :D Usually there are only a few regulars and its a good session. You should also try Rob and Mick Sinclair’s place in Burnley and Craig from Controlled Aggression runs a class in Blackburn.
