ok I'm not that bad really but I would like some advise on how to get rid of my little bitch tits & my gut.

I'm 11st 6. 5ft 7". For just over a week I've been on a 1000 calorie a day diet.
My start weight was 73.6kg now its 72.3kg. I'm only doing cardio once a week at the mo.

Any suggestions? to help tone it all up? (i know i need to go to the gym more, any suggestions on the exercise thats best?)

Running (or any cardio that gets you working) is your best bet.

I'm told you can't lose fat from just one area, so you just have to work hard to lose it all over and your trouble spots will probably clear last

cheers for that.

After doing a little more research. I'd like to get down to 10% body fat. I'm currently 19.8% So I need to loose 17lbs to achive this acording to online body fat calculators. So thats from 160lbs down to 143lbs. Doesn't sound a lot but I bet its hard!

Definitely running. Try to do at least 3 cardio sets a week.

Ya need to be sweaty and out of breath for at least 20 minutes or it doesn't count. ;)

While I'm no expert on the subjects of diets and exercise I think that 1,000 calories a day sounds far too little. The daily recommendation for men is around 2,500. Perhaps instead of cutting out the food you need to consider what you are eating and improving upon the quality.

What does your 1,000 calorie a day diet consist of?

Jeez, you must be starving. Your body will probably start cannibalising your muscles to get the protein it needs. Where's the meat? The fruit? The veg? Surely not all contained in some ready meal full of sugar, salt, and preservatives?

You probably need to add more to your diet and give yourself more cardio time to burn off the calories.

I thought 1000 calories a day would be good for weight/fat loss. eg less calories in = loss

I dont feel hungry at all.

Suggestions?

Tom, still stuck on that crappy shift at the mo. I start a new job in Manchester next week so hopefully I will be able to return.

I will be going to the gym in the morning before work 3 times a week. After each session I will be having a protein shake.

Tea time would be Tesco heathly living meal or quorn burger(etc) with potatos & veg. Saturday is cheat night so that means a curry!:D

I've only be doing it just over a week now. I dont understand that much about the food side of things other than burn more calories than you take in etc..

Your main meal seems crap to me. Don't be fooled by anything that goes in a microwave with the words 'healthy' on it. That shit is packed full of sugar, salt, and all other manner of crap (trans fats?) and loses its nutritional value when cooked. (Remember, it's already been cooked once before you've even opened the packet.)

Get some chicken breasts, chop them up. Get some onions, chop them up. Get some peppers, chop them up. Get some beansprouts. Get some mushrooms, chop them up. Some mange tout too. And chop it up.

Grab some teriyaki sauce, some soy. Chop up some garlic and some root ginger too.

Make a stir fry: it's healthier.

i would say cut out dairy food such as Milk and cheese. I'm saying this cos my mate had man boobs and he cut dairy out. Eat propa and benched alot and helped reduced the fat on his chest.

The fat that causes man boobs is harder to loose then any other fat ,I heard that on a doc on Moobs

Shadow box, skip rope, running, rolling

I have sum fat on the pecs i actually have and a fatty bit at the bottom of my stomache, but luckily they dont look like manboobs, i guess it also depends on ur natural shape and how much uve worked ur pecs, atm my diet sucks ass and i dont get much excercise and i dont have 'moobs', but yeah everyones right, 1000 calories is no where near enough, i could eat that for breakfast and im 9stone, the aim is to get lots of calories to burn off as energy, but while getting all the proper proteins carbahydrates etc plus u need plenty of fruit and veg, hav sum cod liver oil too its good for ur bones and skin hair etc so ull look better too lmao
