I'm a heavyweight.
I've come back to the old way of thinking, I'm sure Bruce Lee would agree.
What's the point in having weight if:
A, you can't convert it into power or functional strength
B, it slows you down.
I'm 6ft6/199cm and imagine that my best weight would be somewhere around 238 pounds. I'm currently 260.
I look at most heavyweights and that would place me at the bottom of the weight scale, especially for my height.
How much of your body weight/muscle is because you are too proud to shrink your guns or lose some chest size.. after all, the groupies want a real man..
What do you think should be your ideal fighting weight.. and I don't mean after cutting water..

Been told it would be about 42kg. Although I'm aiming for over 60kg by December. :D

lmfao! sorry ER.. I'm often only thinking of men when I think of MMA..
Shrink your chest size?? hmm.. perhaps not.
Why though are you aiming for over 60? is it because of minimum fighting weight for an opponent?

Good luck with the offspring.

LOL. Nope - not up for She-Ra! Was kind of holding out for some kind of midget until we found out about the impending offspring :)
(although we didn't find out until after I'd been fighting thai boxing..... :@/ )

Holy shit.. found out AFTER thai boxing??!
When I was younger.. I only found out about genitals AFTER I was kicked in them.
Are you still training limited, or no training at all now?

Had no idea at the time. Still, it was early on so the only effect it would have had would have been miscarriage, so every thing is thankfully ok. :)
I'm still doing thai boxing but no sparring... just technique and pad/bag work. I'm not doing any grappling at the moment, which I am seriously missing!

how long do you think you can train/pad work for? Perhaps until you are 7 months at the latest?
I'm trying to understand, so that if any of my many concubines gets "bun in oven", they can continue practising and still protect me in the street.
