Its the reason I've not trained for nearly three weeks  for fear of catching a stray elbow or something, that would leave me with a black eye! This coming Sunday the 27th May 'The Torturer' is off down the aisle, its taken 39 years to get me there, but its happening, yes i'm getting married! I'm well happy and exicted about the prospect!:D
Any thoughts good or bad anyone??????
Nick
Enjoy your day!! :) And congratulations!

hmmm... there seems to be a recurring theme of whisky here!!! Glad I wasn't alone, I had a hipflask full of Lagavulin to steady my nerves.
Good luck mate, I hope you have a great day and a wonderful future together.

Damn you. I didn't get a drink until the evening when I got married and I still don't remember it! I blank out on traumatic experiences and can't remember anything from being outside the registry office to sometime in the reception!
Congrats. relax and enjoy it!

You should drink more, then you have a good excuse for not remembering , whiskey is good for it.

Don't you go threatening me with that irish tat! I didn't live 40 miles west of John O Groats for 5 years to be drinking Jamesons! I'll have a Bruichladdich if you're offering. :D

Thanx for the good wishes fellow MMAers. I have a bottle of champagne to accompany myself and my best man to the venue in the back of a 07 reg Rolls Royce Phantom (hows that for being a flash bastard) Bit worried about the speech thing more than anything else, oh and the first dance, we're not doing yer usual slow, round in circles thing, we're doing this http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=sSf0qiVEabI, i'll post it up when i get a copy back, should be a bit of fun

Thanx for that mate, 18 would be great (the saying goes you're as old as the woman you feel), but alas that was a few years ago now :) My midlife crisis is not the wedding, it's never having driven a motor bike before, now i'm booking up for the DAS intensive training coarse, then i'm off to buy one of these http://www.kawasaki.co.uk/zx-6r/default.asp?Sub=6548BBC Love it!!!
