Hi there, I've been losing weight for a judo competition at the end of June. So far I've gone from 81 kg and plateaued at 75 kg (need to get to 73Kg). I'm not unduly worried but I would like to try some ergongenic aid to help. I need something that if I have to " pee in the bottle" I wont get banned :D The only ones I've seen are by Phd. Has anyone tried these ? Any info will be greatly appreciated.

Cheers but I want to try and stay away from any ephidrine/ephedra type stuff. Don't really know if the "natural" stuff is any good and it's expensive at £40 a jar

and HRI waterbalance in the week before. Post on here too. it's Dandilion extract makes you loose any excess water without dehydrating.

pm tomatohead (on here) for details, been very helpfull for me. I'm down from 14 stone 10 to 13, 6 with the carinite and watching my diet. got 3 weeks to get to 13, 2 (ish). Still lifting the same weights and feeling good
