Guy has my back and has on a very tight body triangle.


What escapes?

if he is on your back and you are facing up, roll on your side so the figure four is on the ground, this should put pressure on it.

This method is defiantly the fastest and least painful:)
I like to hook the dangling leg of the body triangle with my closet leg then force your hips forward, it puts a surprising amount of pressure on yours opponents legs. It normally forces them to open the body triangle or in some cases tap.

there are 2 leg/ankle lock escapes that more often than not will result in a sub... bit hard to explain here though as I have only just recently learned them myself and am blurring the 2 together trying to think about them... will have to ask my instructor to show me them again I think!!!
