View Full Version : Any Gran Canaria BJJ advice or knowledge??

I'm off to Gran Canaria on monday and wondered if anybody had ever trained at the local BJJ clubs there, as i know they have their own wrestling tournies and BJJ on the island??? Any experiences or advice?? Cheers

Hello folks, sorry for bumping this old thread, but there is a new BJJ academy in Vecindario (10 mins away from Playa del Ingles and the tourist areas) the teacher is Ramon Diaz, black belt under Fabrizio Werdum. If you are not confident with your spanish I'm fluent in english and I attend classes there.
I'll be great to have the chance to roll with people from other parts of the world.

I went to a gym in Tenerife - its great that MMA and JJ have spread so much :)
