Hi, anyone know if the Jeff Monson Jiu Jitsu Cookbook DVD is any good? I am considering getting it?

Its ok. But there are better recourses for cutting weight out there.

Have skipped through it, looks good. It's about 90mins I think. Monson and Dennis Hallman show their basic philosophy for different positions and their favourite moves, some in isolation and others in combination. Don't like most instructionals but will watch this one, it's got some solid moves on. Worth a look.

I bought mine off EBAY........cost me a tenner. It's a copy but the quality is great. Its a good dvd and for the sake of a tenner....it's well worth a look
