try changing a grumpy 4 week old's nappy whilst also trying to aviod him weeing on you
This is a great drill as not only do you aquire the skills quickly in a live situation, but it also quickly becomes imbedded in your mucles memory with 8-9 times daily practise, and sleep deprivation...baby:
