Where to download TV shows?

I recently got broadband at last so have been downloading nicely.

I happened to miss some episodes of TV shows I was following and just wondered if they are availble to download/watch online.

Am looking for Jericho, Daybreak and Friday Night Lights. Feel free to PM me if you would rather not post it on the forum.

I use this website to watch most tv programmes and quite a few movies:

It is streaming based, so no long waits for downloading. The programmes do ocassionally dissapear for a few days due to copyright issues, and then seem to re-appear.

I believe you can download Movies, TV and music using BitTorrents... use google to search for them. You will need a piece of software called 'BitLord' my mate Dave downloaded Shrek 3 a months back....
