Cheers mate. The card for this event is shaping up nicely, and this event really should be in a big arena rather than the club in Catterick. Already more than half the tickets are sold, with more tickets going every minute. I am confident that the tickets for the event will gone before the event. At the moment I am awaiting confirmation from the Gurkha Regiment for their TKD display team doing a display at the event.

A raffle will be held at the event in aid of the Army Benevolent Fund.

Anyone wanting tickets is urged to reserve / buy their tickets now to avoid disappointment.

Hmmmm. Guess I'll go against the grain on this one and say Stapes by GNP End of Rnd 1.

What does Welsh bring to the fight alongside his undoubtable credibility as a stand up fighter? Can he keep it standing? Can he avoid being took down? Whats his ground game like. Can he match Stapes' work rate and intensity? Stapes' conditioning is incredible by all accounts. His stand up is supposed to be horrible to

Really exciting fight. Good luck and best of health to both fighters.

Does Danny or his corner/team mates post on here?

Good luck Danny and good health. Hope to speak to you and your team at some point Saturday. Can't wait for this one. Its been a long time comin for my bro, what with pull outs and shows bein cancelled. His work ethic is incredible and is an inspiration to us all at our gym.

Best of luck and health to all fighting on Saturday night. Really hope we can raise the roof!!!

PS Glad theres not been no trash talk, as these 2 fighters deserve full respect. Should be a war and thats exactly what we're all here for!!

Stapes

Danny trains at the same gym as us, but I don't know what his MMA is like - I 've trained thai with him though and he's very good, but that's going by my standard which isn't really worth a lot. Here's to a good fight anyway, all the best to both guys!
