We are now running 16 classes per week at the Carlson Gracie Team dojo in Hammersmith.

We have a full time dojo with over 100 sq metres of Judo Tatame.

We are directly affiliated to the Carlson Gracie Team in Brazil as has been the case for many years now. More recently we have also joined Rodrigo Medeiros' BJJ revolution team network, also an extension of the Carlson Gracie team.

Our head instructor is Carlson Gracie team BJJ blackbelt Wilson Junior.

Blue, Purple, Brown and Blackbelts on the mat, high quality tuition in BJJ, submission grappling, Muay Thai and MMA.

Beginners are welcome, no restrictions on training with the higher grades, no joining fees or induction classes.

£60 per month unlimited training in all classes or £7 per class.

I can attest to what a great bunch of guys (both students and instructors) are down there and what great tuition you will recieve.
