grappling rash?

Hi guys

I'm always getting this on my chest and neck, i a wear a rash guard and stuff but i still get it, I'm finding it hard to preserve my pretty boy looks as it is....... a rash i don't need, any ideas?

is it ringworm?

use lamasil on it and it goes pretty quick. also take a bath in antiseptic dettol after training sessions.

also dont scratch it as it spreads it like wildfire, and you need to treat it for a week after it clears up so it doesn't come back

I had a minor rash on my chest and was using a rash guard. I started using Tea Tree shower gel and it went pretty quick.

t tree shower gel is the way forward matey. The natural source stuff has mint in it too so makes your nuts tingle "Nice"
