If you want to reclaim your bank charges or are in the middle of the process, you will be aware that it is currently a major court case. If you would like to claim back your charges that you think are unlawful, please click the link to sign the petition, add your address, email and then please reply to the email from Downing street. The more people sign it the more likely it is to pull off

I think you can, but as I say, all of these cases are on hold due to this court case, so once the desicion is made everyone may recieve their charges back or we will end up paying less, which at least is a start.

Go to 'consumeractiongroup.co.uk' for the latest info, credit cards charges can be claimed for aswell,
The banks are trying to fob everyone off with saying all case's are on hold but the truth is that they can only apply to a court for a stay (which doe'snt mean they automatically have got one or will get one) and the courts are treating each case individually, as my second claim has a court case in september and the court says its business as usual with them so no stay/hold at the moment...............:D

When I sold a business a few years ago we employed a forensic accountant to do all the profit and loss etc and when he went thro the books he found literally thousands in overcharges and wrong fees etc, proper robbing twats
It was a sweet moment getting the money back ;)

as the big 4 banks recently went to court together to stop people claiming there money back, and there won't be a judgement made till next year, people will still be geeting charged
all that will happen is that free banking will go, so you will get monthly charhes anyway

if you're case has been stayed, you can fill in an n244 form to object to the stay.
