What things can i do,take, eat and not eat to help with detoxing my body befor i start to loss some weight again?

When I 'detoxed' I just ate vegetables, fruit and turkey for a week and ended up 'losing' about 3KG. I guess because you aren't eating the starchy carbs that hang around in your stomach (BREAD!, Pasta, Rice) and things like Oatmeal / cereal the weight goes from your stomach. Also don't drink anything but water for that week. I wouldn't call it 'detoxing', but it is a good way to introduce your body to eating healthily.
Obviously after this week you start adding back the pasta, rice, oats and even you really want bread, but in modration... you need it for energy.

Detoxing is just a fad IMHO, your body is perfectly equipped to deal with the shit in your system ;)
That said, go for a colonic or something :D

1) Don't remove your liver and kidneys
2) Don't die
That will take care of it.
