If a company is blocking webmail ,then they are probably blocking IP proxies and anonimisers.

If you can get to search engines, you may be able to get to websites via that.... but they should addressing that too.

Oh the beauty of working in I.T.!!! I look after all out web traffic, Ive got it on a pretty loose leash TBH its quite slack, but I do draw the line at porn sites. When I started in my job I asked for an outside broadband line so I could test the vpn and outside security, and also download what ever I want.
