Did you join an actual club James or is it all just self taught ? I'd love to try it out but I fear my knee and ankle joints are too worn out. :(

it didnt hurt ,but i dont think my knees liked it. when you roll out of a jump it takes alot of the impact away.

Nice work mate! wish i could do that sort of stuff! maybe i could with alot of practice, i jumped out of my bedroom window years ago, it kinda hurt but then again i didn't exactly land well being pissed and all. You should try running up a cage post and doing a backflip kick im sure it would impress lool, just don't land on your head!. Have you got any injuries from doing this sort of free running stuff ?
