anyone know of any good grappling/mma opportunities in or around the derby area?

Can you get over to nottingham mate? We train at react at sandiacre just off junction 25 of the M1.

There's bjj on a monday 7-9 which is a pretty new class but is still good for more experianced grapplers.

And on wednesday there is the vale tudo class, from 7-9:30 which has quite a nasty warm up but is a spot on class.

The also do privates in ju jitsu, bjj, kickboxing, escrima etc etc.

Is a bit out of the way if you haven't got any transport. I'm sure there's a branch of derby shoot fighters somewhere in the city. Have a look in the sfuk club directory.
