all at milton ive got a lot of sparring partners hooked up for the fighters at these times, anyone else fancy sparring (conditioned and full mma) is welcome.

awesome session tonight by everyone, fighters are looking ready to go,every one who turned up cheers for the help.
body count for tonight:
1 black eye
1 busted nose
1 messed up knee (hope thats ok)
2/3 sore fingers
and a bunch of sore faces.
