What to expect on a first lesson at the Grip house.

Some Technique, some sparring and a good laugh.

Is there many heavy weights at the Grip house

As a heavyweight myself (read fat) aye, there are a few big guys. There is a really good mix of sizes and skill levels at the gym.

Is there shower facilities? Or do you guys just go home then shower and shit?

I usually shit at the grip and shower at home. However, there is a shower. So you can shit and shower till you are blue in the face. We only ask you keep the shitting and the showering separate.
