This is a new 'beginners' class that I have started and is open to anyone interested in learning Adaptive Martial Concepts.
It is held at

From 11am until 1pm every Sunday

To give you a bit more information,

We are a group of friends training in and teaching the martial arts matrix of Jeet Kune Do. In this arena we are proud to be affiliated with the very best in the world:
The Inosanto Academy of Martial Arts
The Minnesota Kali Group
Integrated Arts
and the foundation for all of our teaching is Sifu Paul Vunak's Progressive Fighting Systems.

Our team has been together since the start of 2000.
Our focus is on hard training, quality teaching, but also enjoying the martial arts and infusing everything we do with a sense of humour.

Essentially there are three guiding principles in Adaptive Martial Concepts:

- No egos, no belts, no grades, no attitudes. Everyone is a peer, everyone is a friend
- Value over Volume. Keep it simple, own it, make it work
- Have fun, its just martial arts
