Leg Stretcher Stretching Machine

Hello Everyone,

Been looking at Leg Stretching machines. Well has anyone out here used them or heard much about them? Are they good and do they work? There is a cheap one for £20 odd quid-is this likely to do the job? I am looking to attain greater flexibility for those kicks to the head and also more control in kicks so I'm more comfortable with kicking.

I got my mate one of the cheap ones and he is happy with it , though if your gonna use it alot prob best go for the more (expensive ) comfortable one!

the cheap ones postage is very steep imo. It may work out cheaper going to martial art shops cimac, quality martial arts (MAR) etc.. If you live near birmingham or london then there are loads around. Most martial arts instructors have discounts so your coach maybe be able to help.

The more expensive one is the way to go (even though i havent got one) but make sure you have warmed up very well as the first time you use it you will most definately go the one turn too far and wake up a little sore. :) :)
