I am the master of overtraining. Its teerrible you get really weak and faint and your immune system drops right down so you end up getting infections and illnesses really easy.Your cardio also completely dissapears to the point that you cant walk up stairs. It's taught me to eat a lot more and to rest a lot longer.

I see what you mean about the balance. I'm goming to believe that I need two days rest between heavier mma sessions whereas I was only taking one or doing a light day the next day instead. The problem with me I believe is that I don't feel fatigued until it's far too late. I always saw tiredness as something to push through but now I see that it's there for a reason.

I would like to find out and ask how you would rest more efficiently so that you can recover faster and train harder. I am pretty amazed at leighs workload a week. If I were to attempt that I would be very ill indeed.
Thanks,
Neill
P.S. Would anyone reccomend any cort blockers or are there side effects to these drugs?

I think I might be getting what youre saying. Well I guess I really gotta reduce my stress levels among other things. I'm always stressed out my box and I know it IS bad for me. I'll try and devise some stuff and try it out.
