hey guys i am making my semi-pro debut at total combat 23 ageinst robert downs the brother of paul downes the guy i fought and beat at tc 21

my hand has healed alot and i really want help with the clinch and my striking i feel i can out wrestle most my weight and my ground game allthough not perfect is not bad. i want to strike in this fight so any help form you guys at caged steel would be great

i cant train at fulinkazan no more as i finnsh work at 5 i would still love some sparring with spenna,karni,kam any help i can get really ill be down thursday so will see you all there

by the way i have been given a fight name its lee JCB jones lol i quite like it
