thanks to Ryan for a fantastic 1st wresting class at Caged Steel. I couldnt train myself due to injury but watching it was a great class. Thanks to everyone who attended, those who didn't really did miss out!

Great turnout for the wrestling class this week thank guys!!!! This class really is good, Ryan knows his stuff and runs avery good class.

The class we are running is olympic freestyle wrestling. some people are not really aware what this involves. First off, it has no submissions, it is takedowns and pinning opponent on to his back so you will get very good at takedown and takedown defence and ground control.

Ryan runs the class as wrestling class not as a mma class. If you want to use freestyle for mma you have to take the techniques etc and incorporate them into your own mma game. Whilst in Ryans class please respect that it is wrestling and not mma or sub grappling so please train accordingly and then add the freestyle into your mma sparring during the mma classes. Thanks.

o dear... in the wrestling class i used to go to.. they had the same people.. Pulling guard and going for subs...
