MMA or BJJ in St Albans ?

A friend of mine who lives in St Albans is looking for an MMA or BJJ class for his young kids and himself. I'm guessing as his kids are quite young that BJJ would be more appropriate. Are there any child friendly classes and clubs in that area ?

Walid 'Mataleao' Tadjouri, brown belt from Carlson Gracie in London, is starting a gi class on Tuesdays in Luton.

1st Class: 27/11/07

Venue: Putteridge Recreation Centre
Putteridge Road,
Luton,

Start: 7:30pm
Finish: 9:00pm

Cost £5 per session


Also try looking up storm gym in luton, I think they might do a kids class, they do various martial arts

Classes in Luton now start at 7:45pm to 9:15pm Tuesdays at Putteridge Rec. Unfortunately there are no kids classes at the moment. With all due respect to Storm gym, I don't think they teach Bjj.
