Great class tonight lads, everyone worked really hard after the New Year etc. good turn out, it was a real pleasure to coach everyone tonight. good team spirit building here and more guys wanting to step up for fights, looking really good!!!!

OK so I have nothing at all to do with this thread - but I just wanted to say I really like the way CS are developing both as a brand and a team/gym.

We're just expanding the range on the site demand has been so great!
