What would you say are the best 16oz sparring gloves? best shinpads? best mma sparring gloves (not mma fight gloves)?

i think the gear down at CS is good for communal club gear, if people want to train in 'the best' then you can't realisitically expect your club to provide it, you should be purchasing it yourself!
unless you're on about gear to check out for new caged steel stuff, which in that case would be most of the thai brands! sandee is probs the best bet for boxing and mma sparring gloves!

Fairtex 16oz gloves are good, had a couple of problems with the throwdown shinpads.
