i definitely wouldn't recommend aids to anyone - especially if you're involved in contact sports.

theres a lot of good stuff on youtube if you look for it.

other than that, id suggest roy harris bjj 101 and michael jen's stuff for the gi.

i know you cant actually learn BJJ from watching the box, it's more to help with the names of techniques and familarise my self with BJJ
