Muay Thai new class

Caged Steel gym has a new Muay Thai class starting on Tuesday 22nd January and will be on every Tuesday. The class will be run by Commonwealth Champion Wayne Murray and runs from 6.00pm(approx) - 7. 40pm before the BJJ class. Please, please try to support this class, Wayne is a top fighter and a well known MMA pro fighter. I hope you will try to make this class!!!!

Thanks Spenna! You will still be able to come and do some MMA sparring at that time before BJJ if you like mate until your fight

the gym is really pulling some great classes together i cant wait im making it a serious habbit of going to every wrestling class and both the monday and thursday mma classes i will now attend as many tuesday classes as i can and stay for the bjj aswell just hope i can get work to give me good shifts. keep the classes comimg this is awsome development and some great effort put in by the caged steel team thx guys

The class is open to EVERYONE all are welcome. I hope we get a good turn out, especially for the first night even though I know it was short notice we are starting now instead of February.
Please try make it to this class if you can guys, Wayne is the business!!!!
