When I did the bit for lockflow, there are sections to write in, so I put the main interview text in one section and my intro in another which they ask for. The intro is only a 100 characters long (not words) so i had to chop it down big time - sorry!

You got ya picci on there on lockflow tho if that's any consolation :D
