Spenna's title fight with Dave Metcalf on Strike and Submit February 3rd is off! Dave has been advised by the doctors not to fight, he has scratches on his cornea. Dave is a good guy I hope he is well soon and returns to fighting.

Meanwhile Spenna still has his title fight with Ross Pearson on Total Combat February 23rd so business as usual training wise. Please try help Spenna with his extra training sessions. I have the tickets for this fight if anyone wants to go and support Spenna.Thanks.

We also have Lee "JCB" Jones on this show so lets get behind them and show our support!

ill be down every tuesday thursday friday and sat in preparation for my fight so help and support would be very welcome and good luck spenna mate will be a war

No problem Dave, we all know this happens it's not your fault mate. Thanks for posting and hope to see you back to fighting again in the future.
