Managed to rip a hole in my pants last week and after a cheap GI that I can get hold of fairly sharpish not after an expensive like a Koral as I'm getting one as a gift later in the year just need a stop gap one that will double as a spare afterwards, anyone got any links or sites they can recommend?? Had a look at Black Eagle but they're out of A3's hence the appeal!

Help please!!:)

if it's just the bottoms get some from Blitz mate. I quite like the elasticated waist on them too:D

Budovideos.com do Howards and Gameness Gis for like £30-£50, delivery will be about £20, but it will arrive from the US in around 3 days, great service.

ok, this thread has been useful; I've just ordered a Gamness Platinum gi, including fed ex- shipping it came in at just under £70. Now I just have to sit back and wait for the Post Office and customs and excise to fuck everything up and lose/impound it.

Weren't Milloms the company that you could sent your gi back to them if it got torn and they would fix it for you? That's what I call service.

Haven't done Judo for a few years now though could be wrong.

just to round this off; I got my gi delivered from the US- £69 for a platinum weave gameness gi, delivered with no taxes in about a week. Can't argue with that- I'd recommend Budo videos to anyone.

2 Weeks after delivery I got a bill off Fed-Ex for £23 to cover taxes etc.

I expect you'll get the same soon.

Still, I'd also recommend Budovideos.

Just seen your reply D, yeah they used to have that guarentee, not sure if it is still in place. But to be fair i used to feel bad sending it back after about 4 years!! I really like the pants, wouldnt wear a jacket though - but if i was starting out and lived within touching distance i wouldnt buy anything else. The primark of Gi's
