I am very happy to announce that from now we will have regular monthly visits by Darren & Helen. Most of you know how good these guys are, Helen is Black Belt BJJ and darren is Brown belt BJJ. They will very kindly be giving us a BJJ seminar every month covering a whole range of techniques and ideas. Darren and helen know we are MMA orientated so the content of the seminars will reflect that.
We are planning their visits to be the 1st Tuesday night of every month at 7.30pm. Occasionally as with this month we may have to deviate from that for unseen reasons. So this month coming we begin the 1st seminar ON TUESDAY FEBRUARY 12th 7.30pm. The best part for you is that there is no extra charge for this although I do expect a good turn out EVERY TIME! I cant really see how you would want to miss this anyway.
So put it in your diary and the 1st Tueday of every month thereafter.
