This an International Title Fight at Total Combat, Houghten-le spring Saturday February 23rd fought at 73kg.

Spenna has been training hard for this fight as will have Ross I am sure. This will be a great fight with plenty of action.

Spenna's fight is being filmed for a BBC TV programme and will be shown on prime time tv in March

Anyone wanting tickets can get them from the Caged Steel gym at £25, I am holding the tickets there at the moment, please get them now, lets support spenna on this one!

I felt pretty good, although I don't remeber most of the fight there was some good bits I did, just at the end I think I got jammed trying to spin for a sub and ref stopped it.

cheers but I fucked up.

Yeah the slam thing was funny, I got under ross and lifted him and I was trying to move his legs around so I could slam him and get side mount. Ross started moving arm around my neck, so I though fuck that ..... had a little look around and thought I would run him into the cage post.
