sounds like something that would appeal to me and i can go to 3 classes a week at a local club.
would like to know a little more about it

It's what we used to call MMA back in the day when we were all shit at stand-up.

excellent, no gi ju jitsu sounds pretty good, are the submissions just the same or is sub wrestling the same as pancrase?

Being more a CGJJ fighter, my grappling style is based on that and judo. So even with out the gi for me its still Bjj. just a differnt flavor.
When i go for footies i use more Catch (english style) and sambo

Its similar, but it concentrates less on guard work underneath (apart from getting out of there) and more on top work. Also there are a lot more leg locks taught in the early stages.
At least this has been my experience of Sub Wrestling, others mileage may vary. :)

i like ju jitsu from the bottom but i guess its the same principles, iam also shit at leg locks so this might be pretty cool to take up

As far as I know its kinda like BJJ with no gi but you can use footlocks, Kneebars, arm triangles, and all the other stuff BJJ black belts dont let you use until brown belt, there is more wrestling involved as well starting from stand up clinch and you dont have to grade haaaaaaaaaa.

It's all about the delivery system and perspective maaaan. That and some other stuff I read on an SFUK thread years ago. :p
