hey guys due top work i have been unable to attend monday and can not attend today for the seminar or the main session i can make wed and thurs... i know there is no class on wed for mma so can anyone get to caged steel for some sparring e.c.t im really wanting to get in some extra training thx guys ill be there for 6. 30 pm
