John is very well known in this field and is an amazing grappler, he is based in Dublin sbg ireland, part of sgbi. John is only available for seminars occasionally due to his very busy schedule.

nothing set in stone but i'll be looking to cover

'Uber Guard' - similar position to rubber guard but requires zero flexibility
oma plata for no gi - finishes and the '99%' sweep
shoulder of justice from half guard and side control
guillotine and variations....no.1 submission for no gi/mma (i think there was 3 guillotines in last UFC, its a move you should be expert at!)
Q&A - i'll do my best to help you with any positions you have difficulty with

also we'll start the session with 6-7 5min rounds of rolling where i look forward to gettin bashed at the caged steel gym! :)
