'TOP TEAM BUTT'

....all the way!

im just doing tech at the mo, any half decent training i do brings me out in this shit again on my skin! so not much i can do.

depressin, so im gonna be depressed AND fat in about -2 days

Its much better having a DVD to accompany the book, and its great to see the techniques in motion.

The book and the DVD match almost like for like, but as I said, having the DVDs really brings out extra nuances in Eddies techniques that you can't see on pictures alone.

Easily worth the extra investment.

And lets be honest, its much easier to watch a DVD than it is to read a book! :D

I found BJ Penn's MMA book a bit useless to be honest. Probably great for a beginner but it doesn't have any awesome details in it, nothing groundbreaking. Would have been nice if there had been more stuff from the "damn good guard" or off the back.

Eddie Bravo's latest two books are awesome as is Randy Couture's "Wrestling for Fighting".
