I like to use ropes and towels in my workouts i.e

Instead of a bar/v-bar on pully rows I feed a towel or rope through the hook/bar so it works my grip and my back.

same with pulldowns (not wide lats obviously lol) I feed a rope through the hook/v-bar to work my grip and back.

for my core Victor Estima taught me a wicked exercise , Its hard to explain on here but....

When doing my lower back on the raise aparatus I pause mid way through the reps so Im horizontal and do 10 reps with light dumbbells (8-12kgs) then continue with the raises........it's awesome!

anyone have anymore good exercises?

cheers

p.s
sorry for the really piss poor explanations :p
